* the "board of deputies" should represent conditions of the jews in uk – and nothing else
* must be very careful, too many enemies of israel stand ready to say "even the jews are opposed to..." etc
* organizations should not express opinions, although british jews as individuals are welcome to
* "we have to be humble" "should support our brothers and sisters in israel"
REASON WHY THIS IS NEWSWORTHY IS BECAUSE in the past – the board demanded british politicians support palestinian state – as a condition for getting jewish votes!!!!
