Nonsense. The legality of settlements under intl law is upheld by erudite legal authorities
and
by "minor" documents such as the UN's own charter (article 80) which is a leading instrument of int'l law.
So this article teaches not Israeli legality, but rather Reuters' unprofessionalism.
