The Likud has a special last-minute procedure called "code 99" which allows you to re-join IMMEDIATELY and vote for Eretz-Yisrael-oriented candidates in the primaries that are immediately upon us.
if you see

then quickly fill in the form and you will be able to vote IMMEDIATELY in the primaries.
If you see
ברוך הבא לטופס ההתפקדות לליכוד
then fill in the form anyhow, so you will be able to vote starting from the upcoming primaries in 2-3-4 years (but NOT in the primaries immediately upon us in the next month or so).

What about soldiers, married children, elderly parents etc.? The rule is that if you own a credit card you are entitled to register yourself AND your first degree relatives (parents, spouse, sibs and children from age 17.
