Dear Water and Infrastructures Minister Mr. Shalom, Your immediate action is needed to prevent Hamas sponsor-country Qatar from getting a big important present from Silvan Shalom: a Qatari city in Judea and Samaria – much more influence for that terror-mongering country!!
Qatar has built massively in a location in Binyamin Regional Council which overlooks Israel's coastal plain: http://worldnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/03/03/17169153-a-1-billion-bet-on-peace-qatar-funds-huge-palestinian-settlement-in-west-bank?lite and you, Silvan Shalom, MUST block this move in the next couple of days or else the city will become populated (currently it is completely empty of inhabitants).
