העניין הדחוף הוא: ביום ג' הקרוב (24.6) יש הצבעה חשובה בכנסת שצפויה לעבור. מדובר בהצעת חוק לסגור את התיקים הפליליים שהמדינה פתחה בשעתו , נגד מי שהפגין נגד ההתנתקות. ההצבעה חשובה כי יש בה מעין חרטה בעקיפין על ביצוע ההתנתקות. כזכור, דווח בעבר, כי חברי כנסת רבים מאד, אפילו מ"קדימה" וממפלגת העבודה, רוצים לעשות את המעט שאפשר לעשות עכשיו ולסגור את התיקים נגד הכתומים. אך הבוקר מסתבר (תודה ל סופי רון מעיתון "מקור ראשון" של יום א' שחשפה את זה) שהחוק לא מצליח להגיע להצבעה בגלל ח"כ דתי בודד -- עתניאל שנלר -- ש"תוקע" אותו בגלל איזה חישוב של נאמנות לאולמרט. שנלר ואולמרט באותה מפלגה - "קדימה" - לכן שנלר בתוקף תפקיד כיו"ר ועדה שמטפלת בחוק, חותר לדחות את ההצבעה עד שהכנסת תתפזר. פשוט לא להאמין.
דחוף דחוף להתקשר לשנלר ו/או לעוזריו ולהגיד לו שיפסיק למרוח את החוק ואותנו. חמור מאד יהיה אם חבר כנסת שהוא בדרך כלל טוב, יחשוב שאנחנו כל כך טיפשים, שאנחנו לא שמים לב לתרגיל שקוף ("פיליבסטר" באנגלית) של מניעת הצבעה ע"י משיכת זמן.

זהו מחבל שרוצץ ראש של ילדה בת 4 מנהריה על סלע לאחר שהרג את אביה לעיניה. סמיר קונטאר גם מבהיר בכל הזדמנות שהוא מעוניין לחזור לטרור. בכל זאת רוצים להחזיר אותו לנסראללה. יש מבצע יחצ"ני עצום לשחרורו, עד כדי כך שאחת האמהות שוכנעה לכתוב, בניגוד לעמדת צה"ל, ששחרור סמיר קונטאר דווקא מונע חטיפת חיילים. זה בערך כמו להגיד שאם נשפוך מים לתוך הקומקום ונחמם אותם - המים יהפכו לקרח. הנה הכתבה: http://www.ynet.co.il/articles/0,7340,L-3557715,00.html.
כדי לטפל בבעיית סמיר קונטאר, דרושים מיידית מילואימניקים ממלחמת לבנון 2, או בני משפחותיהם של לוחמים, שיחתמו על העצומה הציבורית הבאה:
"אולמרט: מדוע שלחת 119 חיילים למותם - אם לבסוף אתה משחרר את סמיר קונטאר?"
אנו לוחמים במלחמת לבנון 2 ובני משפחותיהם, אומרים לך אדוני ראש הממשלה: אם אתה משחרר את סמיר קונטאר ואחרים, כדרישת נסראללה, אתה מראה למנהיג החיזבאללה שהוא ניצח לחלוטין במלחמה וקיבל את מבוקשו, ובגללך הוא הופך כעת ל"אבי האסירים הפלשתיניים". נסראללה הבטיח שהוא ישחרר את קונטאר והנה, בגללך, הוא מקיים. מדוע אם כך שלחת אותנו למלחמה אז וכיצד תשלח אותנו למלחמה הבאה?

בגוף המייל לציין: שם, דרגה, מספר אישי, כתובת מייל, טלפון נייד,עיר מגורים ומשפט קצר על שירותך בלבנון 2 (איפה, בתור מה).
2. נא להעביר את העצומה הנ"ל דחוף הלאה ללוחמים במלחמת לבנון 2 או לבני משפחותיהם. לציין "דחוף להיום". תודה.
"הסכם רגיעה" עם החמאס:
גם אחרי התמיכה התקשורתית המסיבית שמלווה כל התקפלות ישראלית, והגם שכמעט 20% מהציבור הם ערבים, בכל זאת רק 41% מן הישראלים תומכים בהסכם הרגיעה עם החמאס, ו-33% מתנגדים. כמו כן, 75% (!) מבינים מראש, שה"רגיעה" המדומה תיארך רק מספר ימים (או פחות). הנה הסקר: http://www.iba.org.il/bet/Doc/DOC411214.pdf
המסקנה: ה"הסכם" עם החאמס היא שערוריה. כולנו צריכים לשלוח מייל לאנשי לשכת אולמרט, פשוט כי אסור שדבר כזה יעבור בשקט. ראה מכתב לדוגמה בהמשך.
גלעד שליט:
החמאס שלח לחברה הישראלית מכתב איומים ודרש שחרור של מחבלים מסוכנים מאד. כדי לזכות בדעת קהל בישראל, המכתב מכונה "מכתב מגלעד שליט" כאילו גלעד שליט הוא זה שהחליט מה לכתוב במכתב. המכתב שהחמאס שלח לנו מופיע בכל אמצעי התקשורת. הוא כמובן לא מזכיר את המחבלים המסוכנים שצריך לשחרר לרחוב כדי לקבל את גלעד שליט, אבל הנה גירסא אחת קצת יותר קרובה לאמת: http://www.ynet.co.il/articles/0,7340,L-3558382,00.html. "מה זה כבר עוד 30 מחבלים?" פשוט מאד -- אם כל אחד מהם רוצח "רק" עוד ישראלי אחד לאחר שישוחרר, קיבלנו 30 הרוגים בתמורה לשחרור של חטוף (יקר וחשוב) אחד. ככלל, הממסד הבטחוני הישראלי מאד מאד נדיב בשחרור מחבלים ובעבר מחבלים רבים חזרו ישיר לפעילותם הקודמת. לכן - אם יש מחבלים שאפילו הממסד הבטחוני לא מוכן לשחררם ,יש לכך סיבות טובות מאד. לכן, גם בעניין זה מומלץ לשלוח מייל דחוף ללשכת רוה"מ. הנה דוגמה:

3. לגבי הטענה שאתם מיחצנים באמצעי התקשורת, שחייל צריך לדעת שיעשו הכל לשחררו אם ייפול לשבי, זוהי טענת סרק. חייל שהולך לקרב יודע הרי, שלא רק שאולי לא ישתחרר מהשבי, אלא שייתכן שייפול חלילה בקרב או ייפצע קשה. לא בשבילכם או בגללכם החיילים הולכים לקרב אלא כדי להגן על הציבור. לשלוח אל:

This is a crisis that was reported only this morning, in Makor Rishon's Sunday morning edition. The law speaks of closing criminal proceedings against those who protested the Disengagement from Gush Katif and is a symbol of Knesset regret about certain aspects of disengagement. The law is supported by many MKs from many parties . So, we need to immediately contact Otni Schneller, who is usually a good MK, so he will stop this nonsense. For example, you can SMS to hi m and his aides as follows: : STOP FILIBUSTERING - LET TUESDAY'S VOTE HAPPEN!

SAMIR KUNTAR SMASHED A 4 YEAR OLD'S HEAD - WILL HE BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE KILLING?
Arch-terrorist Samir Kuntar is supposed to be released soon - probably in return for soldiers' bodies. He has said openly, recently, that he intends to return to terror as soon as he is out. As the Jerusalem Post (unlike the Hebrew papers), recently reminded us: "Samir Kuntar... was sentenced to four life sentences in 1979 for the deaths of Danny Haran, 28, his two daughters and a policeman in Nahariya. Kuntar's gang took Danny and four-year-old Einat Haran hostage. Haran's wife, Smadar, hid with her two-year-old daughter Yael .... Smadar tried to muffle the girl's cries, and accidentally smothered her. [T]he terrorists pulled Danny and Einat out of the apartment building and down to the beach ...Kuntar shot Danny Haran at close-range and threw his body into the sea to make sure he died. To deal with the Samir Kuntar crisis, we urgently need reserve soldiers (miluimnikim) from Lebanon 2 who will sign a petition to Olmert. Relatives of soldiers are good too. The petition, whose Hebrew text is above in the Hebrew section, simply says that Samir Kuntar's release is exactly what Hizbullah terror leader Nasrallah demanded. Giving Nasrallah what he wants, and making him a hero in the eyes of the worst elements of the Palestinian population, makes it clear that Hizbullah won the Lebanon 2 War and Israel lost. This is extremely dangerous, both for morale and for deterrence.
So please URGENTLY forward this email to any miluimniks (or family members thereof) that you know, asking "your" miluimnik (or soldier's family member) to read the petition and forward full particulars (name, rank, Mispar Ishi, email address, cellphone, city of residence, relationship to soldier) to victims1@gmail.com and also to sddym@bezeqint.net. GILAD SHALIT
The Hamas has sent us Israelis a threatening letter demanding the release of many bloodthirsty terrorists. To make us feel like giving in to the letter, it is dubbed in the media "a letter from Gilad Shalit" -- as though Gilad Shalit was really the one to decide what went into that letter!! The letter does not, of course, mention the price of Gilad Shalit's release -- terrorists who the security establishment are almost sure will kill again. 1. One cannot and must not enter into "truces" with terror organizations. Politically, these only serve to make the terror organization seem both legitimate and important. Meanwhile, militarily, the terror organization utilizes the "truce" time to build up more arms so it can kill more soldiers and shoot more rockets. Once it is ready, it breaks the truce, and the soldiers and people of Israel lose out yet again. Many experts -- from right and from left -- have pointed this out over and over again.
2. One cannot and must not let dangerous terrorists out into the street, all ready to kill hundreds more Israelis. Even if the result is freedom for our one soldier -- beloved Gilad Shalit -- one simply cannot do this. It is completely irresponsible. Kindly act responsibly and prevent this disaster.
