This was one of the most blatantly contrived "news" items to appear recently in the mainstream media.
"250 Jewish Google employees…"; come on now, you sophisticated, news-savvy media mavins.
"250 Jewish Googlers" reminded me of the take off on the original TV Master-of-Ceremonies, Ed Sullivan,
who in the 1950s would introduce an upcoming performing act to his still-wet-behind-the-ears home-TV audience, something like this:
"And now ladies and gentlemen, I bring you 25 Polish dentists on roller-skates to show you where the yellow went when you brush your teeth with Pepsodent".
Unfortunately, "news" nowadays is big business, 24/7. And a significant percentage of it is anything but.
