ישראלים רעים, פלשתינים מסכנים: דף מידע Info sheet: law enforcement
התנכלויות פלשתיניות תכופות ומסוכנות נגד היישוב יצהר http://www.ynet.co.il/articles/0,7340,L-3596097,00.html לא הניעו את צה"ל לפעול. אתמול (שבת) ארע כצפוי פיגוע: ילד בן 10 מיצהר נזרק ממרפסת בגובה של כמעט 5 מטרים וגם נדקר. הנה תמונתו של הילד במיטתו בבית החולים: http://yeshanews.com/?id=61077 . משפחה נוספת מיצהר גם כן ניצלה בנס: הם שהו אצל הסבתא ברחובות עת ביתם הועלה באש ע"י הפלשתינים. http://www.inn.co.il/News/News.aspx/179590 הסבתא אגב היא פעילה ותיקה ונהדרת ב"מטות ערים".
מדינת ישראל אינה אוכפת את החוק נגד הטרור הפלשתיני. אבל כדי להסתיר עובדה זו - השמאל יוצאת בימים אלה במתקפת נגד הסברתית וטוענת ש...לא אוכפים חוק נגד המתנחלים! הנה הנתונים האמיתיים:
1. אין לצה"ל מושג, והוא גם לא מנסה לברר, מה אחוז הרוצחים הפלשתינים בשנים האחרונות שטרם נתפסו וטרם נענשו. זאת אומרת: מספר פיגועי הרצח ידוע לצה"ל כמובן, אבל צה"ל לא טורח לברר באיזה אחוז מהם, נתפסו מבצעי הפיגוע (הרוצחים).

2. למשל - אחד הרוצחים שתכנן את הפיגוע שריסק את רגליהם של ילדי משפחת כהן מכפר דרום (בנוסף - נרצחו עוד 2 אנשי חינוך), טרם נענש עד היום http://www.imra.org.il/story.php3?id=33475
3. רבבות מקרי פח"ע (פשעים אלימים) מבוצעים נגד קרבנות ישראלים. שוב: אין לצה"ל מושג, ולא אכפת לו, כמה מהפושעים האלימים הללו, נתפסו ונענשו. (מקור: שאילתא 990 משנת 2007 - ח"כ בני אלון)
3. על אף האמור לעיל - ארגוני שמאל קיצוני כמו "יש דין" בראשות שולמית אלוני מתעלמים מאי-אכיפת החוק נגד רוצחים פלשתיניים ושקועים רק בהעמדה לדין של מתנחלים. למשל: http://www.yesh-din.org/site/index.php?page=about.us&lang=he .
4. בכירים בתקשורת הישראלית, כגון בן-דרור ימיני מעיתון "מעריב", מפרסמים שוב ושוב השוואות בין מנהיגי טרור לבין מתנחלים. זוהי עלילת דם. ההשראה: שוב מארגוני שמאל קיצוני. למשל, הנה פוסטר מטעם "שלום עכשיו" שנועד ליצור קישור פסיכולוגי בעיני המתבונן, בין מתנחל (ח"כ אביגדור ליברמן) לבין ענק הטרור האיראני: http://www.peacenow.org.il/site/Windows/imagePOPUP.asp?pi=499&img=http://www.peacenow.org.il/data/SIP_STORAGE/files/8/3468.jpg
3. ראשי מדינת ישראל משלמים עד היום סכום חודשי, לח"כ ערבי שסייע לארגון הטרור חיזבאללה לפגוע בישראלים. מאמצים פרלמנטריים ומשפטיים לשכנעם לנהוג אחרת - כשלו http://funds.globes.co.il/news/docView.aspx?did=1000377649&fid=2 (פרשת עזמי בשארה).
4. ממשלת ישראל מסרבת עד היום לקיים דיון ממשלתי בנאום "כל הרובים, כל הרובים, כל הרובים יכוונו כנגד ישראל" של מנהיג הפלשתינים "המתון" אבו מאזן אשתקד. (הפרשה בטיפול של חבר כנסת בני אלון). באותו שבוע - מתנחלת אנונימית קראה לשכנה הפלשתינית שלה "שרמוטה" - נגד ההתבטאות הזו דווקא הממשלה מצאה זמן להביע גינוי חריף, כי היא מתנחלת.
5. ממשיכים לכנות את סלאם פייאד כ"מתון" - אבל רק לפני מספר שבועות, אחד מיועציו איים לרצוח קבוצה של מתנחלים. הדבר פורסם בעיתון, אך שלטונות החוק לא נקפו אצבע. ואילו, כשקבוצת מתנחלים חשבו להפגין כחוק מול ביתו של גדי שמני - החוק נאכף דווקא נגדם: מתנחלים רבים הובאו לחקירה משטרתית מיידית, כולל קשיש בן 85 ותינוק בעגלה
6. ארגון הטרור חמאס, קיים ארוע ראווה מתוקשר ב...חצר של בית כלא ישראלי. עד היום, מדינת ישראל "לא מצליחה לברר" מי היה אז מפקד הכלא כדי שהוא יתן את הדין. (הפרשה בטיפול של ח"כ א. גבאי).

מסקנה: תושבי יצהר, אשר הגיעו למסקנה שאיש אינו דואג באופן סביר ומקובל לבטחונם האישי, צודקים.
הפתעה לא נעימה: אותה מסקנה נכונה גם לגבינו תושבי מרכז הארץ: איש לא מתכוון להגן עלינו. מנהיגים עולמיים כגון בוש ובלייר, ומומחים מדיניים כגון אלוף בן מ"הארץ", מודים במפורש, שאם תקום מדינה פלשתינית יפלו עלינו טילים. ובכל זאת -- המו"מ להקים מדינה פלשתינית נמשך.
בקרוב - חומר הסברה מיוחד בעניין מדינה פלשתינית סכנה לתושבי מרכז הארץ. דרושים בדחיפות:

HOW LEFT-WING GROUPS ARE KEEPING EVERYONE'S MINDS OFF TERRORISTS
- BY DEMONIZING ISRAELIS
Many left-wing groups are working to perpetuate a modern blood libel according to which Israel does not enforce the law on SETTLERS. It is important to keep the record straight: in fact Israel does enforce the law against settlers, and does NOT enforce the law against TERRORISTS.
This came up this past weekend. Settlers were accused by left-wing Knesset members and others of being extreme because they spray-painted and shot in the air. But this was responsive to a serious terror attack in Yitzhar which was not dealt with by Israeli security authorities. In this attack, a young family's house was burned down (fortunately, the family, which has several small children, was at Grandma's house in Rehovot for the weekend). Also, a 10 year old was thrown off a porch 5 meters high after first being stabbed. Miraculously the child landed in a bush - the only bush in the area - and he is now recovering in hospital. Here are the facts about law enforcement in Israel:
a. Settlers are constantly indicted for the most minute trivia, such as holding placards outside of an official's home (among the dozens arrested for this very offense, a couple of weeks ago, were an 85 year old man and a baby in a stroller).
b. In contrast, Israeli Parliament Member Effie Eitam found out last year that the Israel Defence Forces have NO DATA about how many perpetrators of fatal terror attacks have actually been caught over the past decade, as opposed to how many still walk the streets. The Ministry of Defense does not want to find out: their official letter to Eitam asked this Knesset Member, himself a retired army officer, to withdraw the parliamentary inquiry so they would not need to bother to find out the answer.
c. Parliament Member Benny Alon found out last year that about 20 thousand separate terror attacks have been perpetrated against Israelis by Palestinians in a period of 5 years. Again, the Israel Defense Forces had not the faintest idea of how many of these perpetrators had been brought to justice and did not make any commitments to even try and find out.
d. The same Parliament Member, Benny Alon, filed a parliamentary inquiry asking when would the Israeli government finally get around to dealing with Palestinian "president" Abbas's pronouncement, last year, according to which "all our guns, all our guns, all our guns" would be trained against Israel. The rules of Israel's parliament were summarily broken in order to deal with this challenging question: no governmental response was received by Mr. Alon.
e. Just a few weeks ago, an official speaking for "moderate" Salaam Fayad's office threatened the lives of settlers. His threat was reported in the Jerusalem Post, but no law enforcement officer took any action at all.
f. A few years ago, columnist Sara Hoenig of the Jerusalem Post found out that the Hamas terror group held a public, festive gathering in ...the yard of an Israeli maximum security prison, of all places. Since that time, Knesset Member Eli Gabai has been trying to get a response on what was the name of the prison warden who allowed this to happen. No answers are forthcoming so far.
g. Please help the Israeli people protect themselves in this absurd situation by supporting private efforts. For example, Mattot Arim hopes to soon distribute information to the inhabitants of Israel's big cities explaining to them exactly what will happen to them if a Palestinian state ever comes into existence (answer: constant rockets everywhere -- like in Sderot). To do this we urgently need volunteer, Hebrew speaking GRAPHIC ARTISTS (please contact mattot.arim@gmail.com and mark your email URGENT). We also need FINANCIAL GIFTS. As little as 200 NIS allows us to warn one thousand Israeli families. Ideally, we would like to warn whole citiesful of Israelis, and that translates into huge printing and distribution costs.
